Your order is completed when we send you an email confirming that you items have been dispatched
You have a period of 7 working days to advise us that you want to return any unwanted items starting on the day after you receive the items.
To return the items please contact us in writing by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will arrange for a full refund of the price you paid for the items (including any paid postage charges) within 30 days of receiving your email. The refund will be via the same means of payment.
You must ensure that the items are returned to us as soon as reasonably practicable.
If you are returning the goods as they are faulty or mis-described we will refund the price of the item in full, to include any reasonable cost in returning the item to us.
This returns policy does not affect or amend your existing statutory rights.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS CANCELLATION RIGHT DOES NOT APPLY IN THE CASE OF ANY MADE TO MEASURE OR CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS.
